if Glover beats Rashad....(this is the fight UFC will make)

Glover said that, if he beats Rashad tomorrow, the next fight will be Anthony "Rumble" Johnson. What's your thoughts about that?
 
I like it. Jon's got OSP and then the rescheduled Cormier fight before Rumble fights him... Rumble can't just wait it out
 
That fight would eliminate a contender for a little while, and lhw lacks contenders. Rumble vs Jones if he wins as expected and then maybe do Gus vs Glover or Bader.
 
I still want Jones Vs Rumble, but he's got OSP, so rankings wise, Glover vs Rumble makes sense, should Glover win.

Weren't they supposed to fight at one point anyway? If not, must have been someone tossing around the idea.
 
Glover is one of the stiffest match ups for Rumble in the division.
Stupidly tough good wrestling and can hold his own on the striking. I favor Rumble but this is his hardest fight outside Bones/DC.
 
Glover isn't taking Rumble down. Glover gets knocked out.

But please get that W Rashad... one more!
 
I like this match-up. Nobodys steam rolling anyone here, should be a close fight imo
 
LHW is so shallow that even if Glover and Rumble KO each other, one of them is still going to get a title shot. That aside, Glover should focus on Rashad; Rashad may be way past his prime, but is still capable of grinding out a boring decision, and taking the wind out of Glover's sails.
 
Good fight, gustaffson would have been good too

Well he's not far off being one. One top 5 win away. Have him fight Gus or something and if he wins then he's worthy, meanwhile let Rumble wait for Jones as that's a fight a lot of people wanna see.
