would you think he will be banned from UFC fights and fired? I feel like Dana has enough power to talk shit about his fighters and get away with it, but how far do you think he can go?

No, because Dana isn't just a team owner. He doesn't own just the 145lb division, he oversees the entire organization, so I doubt it. But Dana isn't dumb enough to get put on blast by his mistress in the first place.

What's pulling a Donald Sterling?

Having a private home conversation leaked to the public?

Or

Housing discrimination?

"I don't want you hanging out with Brazilians any more. Why do you have to always appear on TV with them?!"

Lot of differences but NBA / NFL are really sensitive about their public image.

UFC clearly is not so much (evident by even having Dana White as the face of the company)

Having a private convo leaked; wouldn't care.

The public however, they might. MMA isn't seen as completely legitimate and the press would be too negative towards him.

If he got fired it would be as good for the UFC as losing Sterling will be for the Clippers.

If Sterling doesn't like his wife chilling with black people that's their problem. I think he's an ignorant dinosaur for his comments but thought this was a free country. You don't have to like or want to be around ANYONE

No, it'd be more like the NBA commissioner getting fired. Sterling being gone is more like a camp's coach being banned from the UFC, like say Greg Jackson. His fighters could still fight in the UFC, but he'd be gone.

Sterling's wife said her husband was delusional and she doesn't know who he is anymore. I think Dana is far off from that kind of mentality. Sterling may be lost but his whole family shouldn't be looked down on but that ship has sailed. If let's say they allow a Sterling to own the Clips it would be troublesome because of Sterling's pride he would show up and rub it in everyone's face first chance he got. Time to put the prehistoric ones to rest.

Lorenzo and Dana are pretty tight, so he'd have to do something worse than Sterling to get shitcanned.

He doesn't seem like an old racist white man to me. I mean, id bet he's said ni**** before, but not will ill intent.

Dana would have to move behind the scenes. He could no longer be the face of the UFC.

The Clippers/Streling thing was magnified because 80% of the players are black and a good percentage of the fans.

He is essentially his own boss so nobody can really do anything too him.

And even Dana white is smart enough to not say anything like that.

I'd imagine some cities would try to threaten to have him barred from holding UFC's there but because they bring a lot of money to these cities local economies I think it would have to be pretty bad for them to try.

If it truly ended up hurting the company I'm sure the Vertittas would tell him to step down.

He called a woman a c and said f-gt a few times and I think he learned his lesson

Also the NBA and NFL are straight up little bitches when it comes to public image
