If Conor wins a Holloway rematch could we consider him TBE at FW?

It's clear that mature Max is a different fighter than kid Max.
It is also clear that mature Max is a better fighter than Jose Aldo who is still only 31 and recently humbled Frankie Edgar who could not touch him.

So, if Conor beats mature Max could there be an argument of him being the best fighter, although not the most accomplished, at FW?

Is TBE your way of rebelling against the word GOAT?

If he makes 145 to do it. He won't. He's nothing but a flash-in-the-pan who ducks top guys everywhere and can't beat tiny old boxers.

So Aldo, Mendes, Poirer, Alvarez are apparently cans to you
Jesus fucking christ how much hatred do you have to be in your heart to say this?

I'll put it this way: if you had a time machine and could transport any prime 45'er to compete in a tournament, Conor would be favored against anyone. Now, that may not mean he is the GOAT at FW, as everyone has different GOAT criteria and it is subjective, but what it does mean is that the odds makers and professionals see him as the best fighter to ever make 145.

Who is Conor? Must not be a current fighter.

Sure, but you would also need a time machine to pick up pre-iv ban McGregor.

That dude who doesn't fight at said weightclass since 2015?

The Conor hatred is bizarre because the reasons for it are so inaccurate (i.e. 'Connie is a coward'). What I find is that people apply the same labels to him as they did with past dominant popular fighters, like how GSP ducked and cherry picked, Ronda was a hype machine, Brock was a one dimensional fighter who had a penchant for pussying out when he was the nail, Anderson took favorable matchups, Cain was a pullout machine and inactive, or how Jones avoids short notice replacements, heavyweight and fights much smaller men. People (haters) apply these cookie cutter criticisms to Conor but they do not fit him at all, as he is the only champ since BJ to facilitate super fights, has a very entertaining and non point fighting style, goes up and fights in many different weight classes, never pulls out, takes on short notice replacements and does not duck the hardest challenges (champ-champ, prime Aldo and boxing Mayweather). There are certainly criticisms to be had about Conor, like him not defending a title ever and his brashness, but these more accurate characterizations are never applied and people call him a 'greedy coward duck very inactive fighter', which is just totally inaccurate. He is the only fighter that can force so many fans to side with Dana and WME over him/fighters agenda; that is just how deep the hate goes.

He avoided Frankie, a terrible matchup for him like the plague. But I understand your point and Connor probably would be my pick for best ever 145er skill wise. (Frankie wins)

Poirier isn't great, but still a good win. Mendes wasn't even training and had 10 days notice. Alvarez is pretty hit or miss for most of his career and isnt a FW. I don't think Conor is even close to dethroning Aldo, who was the man for nearly a decade and beat every contender thrown his way, sometimes multiple times. Not to say Conor's run wasn't impressive, but when you're talking about the GOAT, longevity in the division has to be taken into account.

Those guys would be lucky if I didn't finish them.

Really? He win title and defends it once against someone he already beat n suppose to be the best ever? !! Wtf. There’s plenty of other matchups. Aldo defended his title against a wide range of fighters. You are not a true champ til u defend it over n over n over.
