if Conor vacates the 145 title, what happens to that division?

If Conor flat out can't make the weight anymore, than so be it, but it would be much better if he actually defended the belt at least a couple times. Aldo rematch would be great, Holloway is a completely different fighter than when they fought the first time, and Edgar isn't an easy out for anyone from 135-155.

It's better to have Conor hold up the division then scrap it outright

He's not leaving 145. I would guess the next fight is the Aldo rematch, but not for a while. Give Conor some time to drop the extra weight he had to put on.

I personally think conor would wreck Eddie. Aside from eddie's wrestling he has nothing for conor. he certainly won't be able to handle conor's power..

I think it's more like when as opposed to if. When your killing yourself to make 145 fight after fight is one thing, but doing after tasting fighting without that brutal cut is totally different.

He was, at the least, very noncommittal about doing Aldo again, at the presser last night. Just don't see him at 145 again. FW will go on under the radar until there is a changing of the guard.
