If he pulls off the finish, he will have had back to back finishes over Tim Elliott and Jussier Formiga to his name.

I mean, UFC tried to promote the hell out of Doo Ho Choi but the kid can’t even speak English. Here you have an English speaking Asian-American-Aussie that’s a nerd and can kick ass. He’s even got that viral fame from YouTube.

Instead, Ben is buried down unda on the prelims in Australia where he currently gets a lot of support.

Incoming FlyWeight jokes — !

Guy is solid in all departments but would have no chance against mm— literally has no advantages

I like him better out of all the other guys out there.

He’s got power in both sides because he’s adept at switching his stance and attacking from both sides. His BJJ and wrestling keeps on getting better every time out.

He’s not totally out of his depth standing with Demetrious. But Demetrious is who he is, nobody up until now can say he’s got any weaknesses.

If Ben10 wins, he should get a title shot next. He may need to wait though on how DJ v TJ plays out.

I'll think he's a boss because I have bets on him and he's in my Draft Kings lineups.

In the FLW division, that's punching a ticket to a title shot, but if not, he can beat JoeB or Cejudo on the way up.

Him vs Cejudo then for next shot if DJ n TJ are fighting

He's underrated. He's a great striker and has good jits. I'd like to see him take on MM.

He's only two fights removed from getting dominated by Smolka. Finishing Formiga would be big, but he still needs to take on some of the other top guys. I don't think he gets past Formiga though.

Been a fan for awhile , he's a pretty good around fighter but as others have mentioned he's still a couple a steps behind MM so I wouldn't rush him into a title shot just yet .

goat since mm opponents mentally defeated before they enter cage.

If he did win, it would be a sign that he has the potential to rise to the highest of echelons as he continues to develop and advance. The core of the appeal of the sport, as it now stands, is that we never know if an up and comer like Nguyen is gonna be the one to surpass MM, Dillashaw, Cruz and for that matter the other LW and FW stars in terms of abilities, McGregor, Edgar, Ferguson, Khabib and so on. He could crash and burn tonight trying to get past Formiga or he could eclipse all the aforementioned guys; stranger things have happened before.
