The format is good.

It is, the only issue I have with it is the 2 round format with the first round counting more than the second round. They need to do something different than that as the tie breaker. Like maybe have the judges score the fight 2 ways round by round and overall and the overall winner on their cards is the winner of the 2 round fight.

I was shocked Swanson didn't sign with them after the Ortega loss. Thought he could've ran thru the 145 tourney.

Maybe he doesn't like money tho, noting wrong with that.

Maybe he didn't think he would win it? He resigned before his rematch with Edgar and i've never heard of the UFC offering less than a 3 fight deal so I imagine he has at least 1 fight left on his contract now.
