That's some cheese, that's some serious cheese! What did Dolce do besides make breakfast/lunch/dinner +shakes? You are probably right about Ido, I am not sure how much Conor makes after taxes but if he loses to Frankie/Aldo in the next fight. He may have to go back to the bum life since the MMA world is not very forgiving to shit talkers that fall from the grace.
I eat 99 percent vegetarian but damn I love foie gras! I love the hot dog version. I know this looks like a bum food but this foie gras/hot dog is amazing:
say it aint so.. read all the complaints online from soccer moms and yuppies buying his seminars and he doesnt even show up. Soon as he opened his mouth on MMA hour and talked for 1/2 an hour and said nothing I knew he was a fraud.
According to him, he hates "cry babies that don't want to be told they suck" so he sends one of his top students to these seminars since they know how to deal with the sensitive crowd. I get that we are in the era of SJW and "everyone is a winner" but this dude is taking it to the extreme. How hard is it to tell a client to work on their area of weakness in order to improve their mobility? I am saying this as a noob trainer, you work with a client, you let them know their weakness and the exercise to that weakness, if they do it that's great if not then that's it.
It's stories like these that make me feel a shit ton better about dropping a $1000 on hookers and blow.
If Dolce charges $ 1000 for making food and playing nanny. Then yes, Ido is probably charging 3 times more than that per day.
Exactly, when I first found out about Ido 3 years ago, I thought he was a tall guy on the video. But when I saw him in an in an interview, he looked a lot shorter.
I said this the other day... first time I saw this guy I immediately thought of this shyster yoga instructor from GTA V.
If you to learn a little of this and that, work 6 hours a day on your own and still have to look up the exercises yourself, you can make some real progress on his program. Which is true of about any free program too, of course. He's a pretty brazen asshole TBH. His old blog from the 00's is still online and you can read how much he learned from coach Sommers over the years and how nice the guy was to him, and now he teaches gymnastics style strength training without even crediting the guy when asked. He claims he doesn't get inspired by people in his field. Personally I don't find jack of all trades, master of none all that satisfying of a goal, and to keep calling his shtick movement is ridiculous. It is beginner/intermediate gymnastics strength + capoeira + handbalancing and occasionally improvising something that looks like modern dance.
Why would anyone pay $1,000 for an online program anyway? For $1,000, couldn't you just take some 1 on 1 lessons with an actual gymnastics coach? Seems like that would be money better spent.
Kinda funny how he looks down on "weak" people and thinks he is the shit but is still insecure about his height.
