Noob here, anyone got suggestions (concerning repetitions and intervals), for a good 10-15 minute HIT? I'm thinking something that would mix up chin-ups and push ups (I'm already pretty good at these, just clueless about what kind of order I should follow, which repetitions and intervals are best - in my case, my main aim is to burn some fat and add some definition to my body. Thanks

look into crossfit. Or stick to prison workouts.

Check out rosstraining.com and read the fucking FAQ and stickies before you post. We're not about getting "definition" here.

I always wonder how people find these threads and then determine that it's a good idea to respond.

Do what Cheez whiz said. Maybe look into Bas Rutten tapes.

Also, try some of this forum's very own monthly conditioning challenges. They're pretty brutal.

Find a stair set and sprint up and down it several times. Works great, especially when you are on vacation and lack any real workout equipment.
