Dem iz fightin words!
¨"Conor McGregor believes Donald Cerrone looks better at 170 pounds but claimed he could beat his UFC 246 opponent at any weight, even if he had the flu."
"I'd beat him at any weight. I'd beat him if I had the flu. I don't need that. I just want to focus on my training and keep myself sharp. I don't want to cut and then build and then cut. I'm happy where I’m at.
"Also 170 is an exciting one for me. I like 170. I like what's going on in the 170 division at the minute.
"You've got Jorge with that [BMF] belt, you've got the other guys fighting for the [championship] belt. I like all of what's going on at 170, and I feel good at 170. I feel energetic – it's what I weigh and that's it. It opens up so many more options, right?"
you are welcome..
Flu Conor beats Khabib in a rematch
Lets go cowboy shut this ballon foot fucker up!!
Cutting weight was never his problem. It all went downhill when he started cutting height. He was 5'11" when he fought against brimmage. Now he's only 5'9". You apparently don't come back from that.
And a broken foot.
its tough to come back from a height cut
Meh, he’s probably right.
I heard “I want to fight at 170 because the guy who is champ at 155 is scary”
he made his name at 145 and now he doesn’t even want to go to 155?
Lion and gazelle?
Will LOL if Cowboy pulls this off.
But what if his foot "is like a balloon?" LOL
Khabib fought some of his recent wins at welterweight. Only 5 or so fights ago.
what about if he had a bad camp or if his foot was a balloon or if he had been disrespected too much in the game and lost focus
Would be awesome to see Cowboy put on the best performance of his career
That's what I'm betting on.
Well, he is the Michael Jordan of combat sports
I was thinking more along the lines of Jeremy Lin...
