With each organization there was one star that stood out and represented them some are more difficult to point out then other but here are my Icon from each Major MMA org.

    UFC: Chuck Liddell (hard one)
    Bellator: Eddie Alvarez
    Affliction: Fedor
    IFL: Roy Nelson
    WEC: Urijah Faber
    PRIDE: Wanderlei Silva
    STRIKEFORCE: The Scrap Pack
    RINGS: Volk Han
    Pancrase: Bas Rutten
    Vale Tudo Japan: Rickson Gracie
    SHOOTO: Mach Sakurai
    DREAM: Shinya Aoki
    SENGOKU: Jorge Santiago
    Elite XC: Kimbo Slice

(Really couldn't pick just one for Strikeforce I always think or Nick, Giblert, and Jake)

Do you you agree with my picks? If not what would your picks be? Is there any major organizations I missed out on?

To me, Fedor was the one to stand out in Pride, too.

UFC: Royce Gracie/ Lidell / Ronda Rousey, I guess
    WEC: Pettis, Aldo
    Pride: Sakuraba
    Cage Warrior FC: Mcgregor
SF: Fedor, because of his fall
Bellator: no idea, noone comes to mind as an idol. Michael Page might be one in the future if he stays there and fights non-cans

When it comes to PRIDE you have to mention Fedor, Big Nog, Cro Cop, and Wand

I think it'd fair to say Wanderlei for Pride. You could argue Fedor or even Big Nog ,but in my eyes Wanderlei was everything Pride was about.

I have only heard non-MMA-fans talk about two fighters, GSP and Ronda.

My brother, for instance, never heard of Conor and I expect few non-Irish, non-MMA fans have either.
