He should fight Callum Smith, who’s ready and willing to fight him. There’s some personal needle there as well with canelo taking Liam’s smiths wbo belt a few years back. Would be a huge fight in the states or Britain. Would be a very good fight imo, and a proper challenge for both guys.

Why the fuck would he duck someone that is tailormade for his style? Canelo would totally fuck him up. They demanded a crazy split of 35 percent or something, and Canelo was not willing to get fucked over. Hes now most likely gonna face Andrade who is a much tougher stylistic matchup for Canelo.

Canelo has said in the past wants the fight and then has said nothing. And it won’t be a fckin gimme like his fight with rocky. If he wants a ‘real’ title at smw then he’ll have to fight the real champions.

Fought a bunch of guys smaller than him until he saw GGG slipping and moved up. Then after losing on most peoples cards, he did steroids and waited for GGG to slip further. Now he's waiting some more.

Hardly an incredible resume. And no, getting 12-0d by Floyd isn't a plus on the old CV.
