I am so happy Al managed to broker this deal at the last minute.

I am not betting the house on it, but despite the Commision rule, the Title may very well become Al's property.

Imagine if Al wins but is not the legal holder of the Title? That could be a serious depreciation to the Title. That would not be an easy sell.

If he does win, he may offer to once again renegotiate his contract, so as to reflect his Fair Market Value.
