I wouldn't go as far as twice as dangerous but he is a 1 punch ko fighter he can knock anybody out with 1 punch if he connects clean. If Khabib uses his typical rush in face first strategy he could very well get slept.

Is he that good? He fought Diego Sánchez and got outclassed on the feet by Masvidal which was like 3-4 years ago. Theoretically he has a better style to beat Khabib than Tony though.

I mean yeah he looked good 4 years ago but he hasn't been in a meaningful fight in forever. I like both guys so I'll be happy with the outcome either way

I don’t think most people are that ill informed tbh with you. I get that most of Convict’s fans don’t know there ass from a hole in the ground. So them picking Al doesn’t mean much. But many people that do know their shit know he has a definite chance to pull the upset.

But it’s like a dominant champion. Just because you’re picking Khabib doesn’t mean you’re completely dismissing Al. You’re just making your own educated prediction.

Big X-factor is how much better did he get over the last 3 years, plus being healthy he says his knee feels amazing.

You can tell in the brief Diego fight his footwork was cleaner and his few straight shots were sharper.

Given his physical talent, he could've gotten worlds better since the Masvidal tbh. He is just now entering his physical prime as a LW. He hits hard, very athletic, 85% tdd, doesn't get tired. +550 is absurd tbh. I'd have him at +260 or so
