I've ridiculed him so much saying he is not a top guy and never gave him the respect. But after that showing, I will never hate on him again. Only if he tries to do callous promos which he probably still sucks at

    you were right though

    he isn't a top guy

that's not "hate", it's an honest assessment of his role in the UFC

Anyone fancy making anymore threads about how terrible everyone feels about not expecting him to beat a noob?

Looked good last night against a top prospect, but still has to prove he can hang with top competition.

    His best wins are:
    Hall
    Larkin
    Bellator Machida

He lost to every top fighter he fought:
    Whit
    Jacare
    Adesanya
    Yoel

Not going to comment about the Silva fight
Anyway, not much of a prize in beating post-Weidman Silva

Imagine Brunson will now go on an absolute year like Masvidal in 2019. Shit would be crazy.

Brunson tends to be emotional and weird. You could see how exaggerated his takedown defense was against Jacare, and how blindly he went against Israel. He isn't bad, just very flawed. He's like a lot of physically explosive and strong but awkwardly put together athletes like Hall and Zimbagwe or that Copeira guy, giving hope of what they could've been but never quite living up to it.

Id like to say thank you to Brunson
at a 4:1 it was a bet to make, has decent wrestling, power and a new camp made it worth betting on. Edmen looked ok but not a 1:4 favorite type, top 10 would have still cracked Brunsons chin, that hangs in the air, like a leaf come autumn

i pick him more often than not. people write him off for losing to yole, whittaker, and isreal. its nuts. not to mention he had yole in trouble via his strength and wrestling and cracked rob first which put him into his frenzy mode

for a usually exciting fighter he dosnt get enough love. people thought shabaz was as big and as strong as isreal........nubs
