I Would Like Help With Gaining Strength!!!

I will state my problem and then ask some questions, if anyone has any logical, serious answers, please PLEASE message me.....

I had a goal going into senior year, to bench 320 as a max, and on the last day of the summer(day before my senior year began) I tried it, failed, then tried 315 and succeeded, and then after the 7th week of my senior year, I injured my wrist and shoulder via nerve damage. That disabled me from lifting for 4 months, till i felt i could lift again. now Im a freshmen in college and I still only bench 315 one rep.....

I am 18 years old, 5 foot 10 and a 180 pounds and I my ambition was to be benching at least 350 at the end of my senior year...

What can I do to start getting positive gains? (without the use of steroids or anything illegal or silly)

please give me answers

Squat, deadlift, read the stickies.

Silly is measuring your strength by your bench.
 
Im talking strictly about my bench, and what you told me didnt help me at all cuz I cant make sense of what you said, I was looking for polite answers, not to be called silly cuz I WANT TO UP MY BENCH!

Read the stickies. This is a forum promoting all around strength, not to just help bench and curl monkeys.

READ THE FAQ! Squat, deadlift , and OHP will make you stronger and help in your noble quest to up your bench to primate levels. Search google for "Matt Furey". He has a bunch of programs that will add some serious poundage to your bench.

well he is a dik cuz he doesnt know me and thinks Im just a "bench and curl monkey" when I work my entire body, its just my bench stays the same, so now Im trying different methods like decline bench and what not, and anyway wtf is his problem, im asking for help, what hes saying isnt even constructive criticism, its just him talking shit to make himself feel better.....dont post something if its not going to up my bench, PLEASE
 
If you posted what kind of training program you have we can analyse it better.

But yeah, do squats and deadlifts.

And what? It's not gay...although I do like my tight fitting rashguard, it shows off my gunz.

Is it wrong that when I got my lifting singlet from Inzer the other day I immediately tried it on and chekced in a mirror to see how it made my arse look?

someone else have anything gay to say, spit it out, cuz I doubt anymore people will come on here to give me the help Im looking for

You've given us no information on your training or other lifts, you have'nt even told us how you're failing the lift, stuck at the bottom, can't lockout etc. No-one around here is psychic and we can't give you good advice without knowing much about you. Hsnce the 'go read the stickies' comments, apart from anything else there's links to articles on improving your bench press in there.
