I've had a few phone and Skype interviews. One job had a face to face then a phone interview with head office in Taiwan. That one was fucked cause there was a language barrier plus it was a dodgy line, got the job though.
My current job was a phone interview with the local rep then Skype with the president in India. I got dressed in a full suit for the Skype one, even though he could only see my top half I would have felt weird in track pants below or something. Also got that job.
