I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips

    Im trying to start working out regularly with the goal of getting bigger. Im 18, 5'9 and about 140 lbs. Im somewhat naturally toned but I would like to get big. Currently im only doing free weights, push ups, sit ups, etc. Any tips?

    Like said already, starting strength or strong lifts or bill starr routines will all work excellently. Eat more/better and grow and get big....

    Sleep 8-10 hours nightly.

    LMAO, if you arent already following this advice, shame on you.

    It's simple numbers though. Work the big compound lifts, and don' t just eat more on the days you workout, but also on the recovery days. Lol..
