But I'm too fat...what should I do?
Go on the treadmill and lose some weight. Start walking first and then progress to running.
Do it about 2 hours every day.

Diet down and find a weight that's good for you, while taking into consideration your height, attributes and frame, and start training.
But I think it behooves you to find a healthy weight where you feel good and healthy. That's a good starting point besides looking into Gym's and training.
Seeing how we're in a Pandemic still...I'd focus on your weight.

Stop being fat, its so easy once your body withdrawals from shitty processed foods and gets used to working out
Find your nearest big name UFC guy and challenge him to a duel. If you win you’ll steal all his glory, if you lose you’ll be known as the idiot who tried a UFC guy and will be more marketable for your next fight.
