I want to be a member of St. Wilhelm's church! I'm 17 years old, 6'3" and 180 lbs. My lifts are:

Squat: 225 x 3
Deadlift: 315 x 1
Bench 190 x 1

I just don't know what would be a good challenge to become a member. Any ideas?

You don't want to be a saint. You want to be a member. If, one day, you do something like win WSM or an olympic gold, then we can talk about sainthood.

For now, join up and take some time to think about what you want to record. Your lifts are good, so I'm sure you'll think of something.

Also, I'd suggest that anything regarding St. Wilhelm's should be posted in the charity sticky up top or in my training log. I don't want to piss off the powers that be.

ORRR.... you could take this to the church's forums.... just a thought.

By the way, all that membership requires is proper attitude and a t-shirt (proceeds go to charity). Which reminds me, I'll be buying mine now while there's still money in my account.

Hey fatty, how to the t-shirts fit? do they run a little big or small? is there an exchange policy if I get the wrong size? I'm usually smack dab in between a large or medium, so I'm trying to figure out what a good size would be for me. God I feel like such a wuss...

with the decline of t-nation, I guess St, Wilhelms is the place to be until they sign a contract with a suppliment company.

sorry, I want to be a MEMBER not a saint. And my bad on starting a thread in the wrong section I'm not good at forums.

hey urby, go with a size larger. my personal experience.

I've decided that once I pull 405 I'm going to join. One more reason to put up the weight.

Urban, they run a little small; I actually wish I would have bought a XXL...maybe in the near future.

*throws Urban a sandwich*

I'm 5'10 and 175odd and the large fits like a glove (ie. has three extra sleeves).

Blast, I still haven't posted a vid yet, for 2 reasons: I been workin' on conditionin' for my fight Saturday and lettin' the strength trainin' go for a week; I dont have a program to convert vids from my phone to somethin' that youtube will accept... Oh, and the only vid I have at the moment is of me missin' a 385x1 DL,.,, I'm 5'9", ~200 and a large fits me pretty well. Debatin' on cuttin' the sleeves off so it looks more like a true strong man shirt... And sleeves make me nervous. :)

Why don't you post a video of your fight? That'd be cool.

I wish i didn't have to wearr the shirt for the vids because I might get a knockout vid in my boxing bout on the 21st...

Exceptions can be made for situations where there are rules about dress code, eg. IPF has strict rules about logos on t-shirts but a PLing vid is welcome.
