I want a clean install of Windows 10. need advice.

So i'm currently on win 7 and want to upgrade to windows 10. Yes i get that annoying pop up box telling me to upgrade to 10.
What I want to know is, is it possible to do a fresh install of windows 10 when upgrading from windows 7? does it give you an option to upgrade with a fresh install??
