I suck at cutting diets.

I'm relatively good on the weekdays, but I puss out come the weekends. Just eat everything in site and the stuff is high caloric intake foods loaded with fat or refined sugars: Pizza, ice cream, chips, and dip. The thing is, I don't even suffer that horribly during the weekday, I eat 2,500 calories a day but I'm not going to see many results if I keep eating over 5k calories Friday/Saturday. I don't drink anymore (thank god), and I'm not fat or anything (another thank god), but I pretty much stay around the same weight because of cheat meals carrying over into cheat weekends. How do you guys avoid this? I'm going in circles.

Do you guys go out with buddies on the weekend? Drink? What about PPV nights? Ya gotta pig out on some snack food PPV night...right?
 
uh you said it, cut the bullshit on the weekends and eat the same as you would on the weekdays. stop being a ponce.

I let myself eat whatever I want for two meals each week. I see them as rewards for being strict on my diet and training throughout the week. Also, the caloric spike helps out with testosterone and thyroid output.
 
Yeah, I guess I just need to man up and control myself better. It is just a letdown though, I mean I can push myself till I puke doing conditioning but I can't resist the extra slice of pizza? LOL
 
I would be f__ked if i didnt have discipline. I have been sick for the last 2.5 weeks and cant train at all but I have just stuck to my usual diet and havent put on any fat/weight. If i had been giving in and eating pizza i'd be so fucked lol though I did gorge on some goji berries once or twice ~_~

if you seriously have a huge craving for high calorie foods eveyr weekend, some of it may be mental, and then again you might not be taking in enough kcals throughout the week. If i find that i am eating enough (Even when i am trying for fat loss) i dont really crave the high cal foods.Maybe step back and take a look at those 2500 kcals, and where your activity level is at during the week. Maybe you should bump it up a little. It would be better to have a little more kcals throughout the wk then stuff your face 5-6000 kcals twice awk.
