I'm relatively good on the weekdays, but I puss out come the weekends. Just eat everything in site and the stuff is high caloric intake foods loaded with fat or refined sugars: Pizza, ice cream, chips, and dip. The thing is, I don't even suffer that horribly during the weekday, I eat 2,500 calories a day but I'm not going to see many results if I keep eating over 5k calories Friday/Saturday. I don't drink anymore (thank god), and I'm not fat or anything (another thank god), but I pretty much stay around the same weight because of cheat meals carrying over into cheat weekends. How do you guys avoid this? I'm going in circles.
Do you guys go out with buddies on the weekend? Drink? What about PPV nights? Ya gotta pig out on some snack food PPV night...right?
