Good deal. MGM is only one level of seating so there isn't nosebleeds. When I went I walked around the arena during the prelims and tried out all the different sections. Nothing was what I would consider a bad seat for 100

Buy some cheap binoculars. Who cares if you look nerdy or whatever. Picked up a pair for $12 for the Henderson-Diaz event and they were cool to have especially when the fights went to the ground.
