Fix your diet... probably the #1 way to do it.

first off thats a pretty big fluctuation. what do you weigh

It depends on what he's had to eat that day. I know my weight will fluctuate 10-15 pounds in a day after I finish eating that whole chicken, the two dozen eggs and "The Old 96'er"...

Seriously man, tell us what you weigh.

My recommendation would be to eat low carb, but not eliminate carbs completely. Eat 4-6 smaller meals per day, and try not to eat after 7:00 at night. Drink distilled water and do at least 35 minutes of cardio 6 days a week. Also, look for easy ways to work more activity into your lifestyle. Park farther away from a building in the parking lot, take the stairs, etc. Finally, work in a half hour walk 7 days a week. Walking may seem like a small thing, but in conjunction with harder cardio such as running it really helps. If possible, do cardio in the morning in between breakfast and lunch, and walk between dinner and when you go to bed. These hints helped me drop 90 lbs. Good luck!

well the stuff that u guys told me to do in the morning is impossible. im only in gr9. so i still have to attend school. but everyday when i got home... i would usually eat 1 pack of pizzapop and a bottle of water and some times only a can of soda. then i after that i will lift some weights and do the eliptical bicyle for 1 hour. then while doing my homework i would also do some sit up, push up, and i will also continue to lift some weights... (is that good enough??)

mostly no...stly...

read the FAQ. then read the conditioning FAQ. then read the S&P FAQ. they basically spell out what you need to do. then do it, instead of just thinking about doing it. in two months you will be a god.

Oh lord, as the previous poster said, read the FAQs about 10 times over.

Sounds like the problem is your diet. Regular pop is bad for you, but diet pop is also bad. Your body recognizes the artificial sweeteners as sugar and therefore diet pop actually has many of the same effects. Plus both have sodium. You should probably have a small meal when you get home from school, and then another small meal a couple of hours later. Skip the pizza pop 6 days a week, but make sure to treat yourself moderately one day, or else you will get too frustrated with your diet and crash.

Just by drinking water instead of pop, you can make a huge difference.

first off do not eat anything your body doesnt need.ex:soda, chips, candy etc.

limit carbohydrates to early in the day,eat fruit and veggies with every meal first, watch saturated fats and stay away from foods with added sugars(artificial especially),eat whole wheat bread.

very true, they say if you subtract one can of pepsi from your diet every day by the end of the year you would lose 15 lbs.

damn im 5'6, and today i weighed myself. 175!!!!!

need to get down to 145, til april, before soccer season starts, gonna "steal' some tips here, thanks!

Diet is a huge deal, low carb works well for me, but moderation of carbs with exercise really helps and if you eat carbs eat them after working out and before mainly because thats your fuel and it wont be wasted
