well basically i think im 5'7 or 5'8 and i think im 150-168 pounds........ i just need some help to reduce some of it........
first off thats a pretty big fluctuation. what do you weigh
(is that good enough??)
Oh lord, as the previous poster said, read the FAQs about 10 times over.well the stuff that u guys told me to do in the morning is impossible. im only in gr9. so i still have to attend school. but everyday when i got home... i would usually eat 1 pack of pizzapop and a bottle of water and some times only a can of soda. then i after that i will lift some weights and do the eliptical bicyle for 1 hour. then while doing my homework i would also do some sit up, push up, and i will also continue to lift some weights... (is that good enough??)

Just by drinking water instead of pop, you can make a huge difference.
