    I have trouble retaining weight i am 132 and want to be 150's what can i eat?

    You should not be losing weight unless you have changed something in your workout or diet, period. However, if you have a super metabolism, eat like a freaking pig, period. Then supplement 2 or 3 protien shakes in a day and lift, you will grow.

    2 steaks 1 tv dinner and take out then i eat left overs at cti(culinary collage)

    Go to a liposuction center and ask for the suctioned fat to be transplanted to you.

    Anyway, I was like you when I was in the philippines, I just kept dropping weight and couldn't gain it back, looked like a stick figure @ 120-130. Anyway, something about the diet here in the US keeps my weight stable at 150-165(I fluctuate at that range), too bad I already have stretch marks for those times I lost weight rapidly :(

    Anyway, work out, take weight gainers or protein shakes 2-3x daily and don't eat too much, eat at intervals and just make sure something is in your stomach. Being too full increases abdominal pressure, could be bad.

    On patrol in the red zone.
    Focus on 6-8 meals a day.
    Each meal should have 2-3 servings of vegetables, 1-2 servings of meat, and maybe a grain or dairy product.
    Drink 4L of water per day.
