You should not be losing weight unless you have changed something in your workout or diet, period. However, if you have a super metabolism, eat like a freaking pig, period. Then supplement 2 or 3 protien shakes in a day and lift, you will grow.

Focus on 6-8 meals a day. Each meal should have 2-3 servings of vegetables, 1-2 servings of meat, and maybe a grain or dairy product. Drink 4L of water per day.
