I Need Help Guys!

ok so yea i know this isnt about PRIDE or UFC...BUT I need some advice badly, tomorrow i have a wrestling meet and my problem is i weigh 130 and have to wrestle 140 the year for different reasons....

A i tried making 125 but the state wouldnt let me
B I broke my hand in october
C I received a concussion just about 2 weeks ago

so im really not feeling confident on the mat this year, my question is can anyone pleae help me on what i should do, preferably people who have wrestled or mabye coached wrestling.

This is my senior year and im wanting to leave a name for myself at my higschool this year so can anyone please give me a good bit of adive on what I should do on the bigger stronger guy?


P.S- Im really good at riding people and use my hoks frequently for tilts

Well 1st we dont have enough info. how is your conditioning and speed? If bothare good then you need to set a pace that will tire out your opponent. They will have some strength on you in the 1st period but if you work them hard by the middle of the 2nd period and all of the 3rd you should have a real advantage. Look at it this way: They are prolly cutting to 140 while you are chillin loading up on carbs for your match.

thanks man, yea my speed is good my cardio is decent, its dropped because i was out with that concussion for about a week n a half.
 
Take it easy man like I tell my wrestlers someone has to win, that is all you have to remember. You know that you want it more so that means any match is yours and your opponent can never take that away from you only you can give the match to him.
