Ok here is the deal. In april out of shape and sick of how i looked. so i decided to start taking care of myself. I have been able to drop from 235 down to 185, but am now stuck and cant seem to break this mark at all.
Its really anoying. Here is what i have done to get to where i am.
1. No more pop. I only drink water.
2. No more junk food. no candy, cake, fatty potato chips ext. the exceptions are the occasional serving of jello or pudding.
3. I do not eat within two hours of bed.
4. I joined a Bjj team to get into shape. Go 3x a week.
5. I try to limit what I eat, low fat ext.
This is how I have droped the weight, how can I get the extra 20 pounds of fat off that I have in order to get to my Ideal weight at 165.
Hell Id be extreamly happy with 175 with toned muscle.
Any ideas.
