hi all, help me with a routine i am 'retired' from boxing, muay thai, bjj and mma. but i am training in kali now, i would still like to continue to have those tools at my disposal. i weight train 3x wk and plan on working on my boxing, and mt then. what is a decent routine? i figure rope skip 2rds- hand speed, ankle mobility footwork 1rd- advance, retreat, lateral, etc. offense and defense so attack and defend shadowbox step jab 25reps 1,2,3 25reps straight, lead hook 25reps thai kick 25reps low/mid/high push kick 25reps mid/high thai clinch, knee1-2
