I must say Nunes win was the most impressive of all the "champ champs"

I know most sherdoggers dont fully respect WMMA and with some fair reasoning. But Amanda Nunes and Cyborg were 2 proven, dominant champions. Cyborg was s truly feared fighter. To me the other so called "champ champs" dont compare.

1.)Conor McGregor's run at featherweight was nothing short of legendary capped off with his devastating KO of Jose Aldo, which no matter how much some hate him will forever cement him as one of the greats. But he never defended the belt, and won the 155 strap from a non dominant somewhat fluke of a champion in Alvarez, who NO ONE feared.

2.) Georges St. Pierre is one of the GOATS, but even his win for the middleweight belt was over a non dominant, "fluke" champion who no one feared. Also Georges had long surrendered his welterweight belt.

3.) Then there is DC, who gets all the credit for his win over Stipe, a man who was on a great run making history in the heavyweight division. BUUUUT we ALL know he was never really "number 1" at 205.

Mc Gregor performance against Alvarez is one of the best ever,DC win was amazing.nunes was too so she #3 too.

It was a good win, but it was a bit of a bum fight to be honest. To powerful fighters just swinging wildly until someone is unconscious. I enjoy those types of fights, but they usually don't involve champion caliber fighters (at least in men's mma). So no, I'm still more impressed with DC (stellar resume at LHW, good win over Stipe) and McGregor (great win over Aldo, good win vs Eddie).

Nunes knocked the fuck out of two highly-regarded champs in under a minute

Conor knocked the fuck out of one highly-regarded champ and Eddie Alvarez, ended up stripped of both belts

Cormier knocked the fuck out of one highly-regarded champ and got the LHW belt on technicality twice before relinquishing

GSP knocked the fuck out of a highly-regarded champ, lost to Serra, got revenge, disappeared after Hendricks, came back to choke out a not-highly-regarded-at-all MW champ before relinquishing the belt and disappearing again.
