I wouldn’t say he was beat badly. It was a clear victory for Diaz but I remember scoring a round, maybe one other up in the air round for Noons. Final scores were 48-47, 49-47, and 49-46. I felt those scores accurately represented the fight. He fought competively and toe to toe with Nick for 5 rounds. It was a very tame and tactical fight in contrast to Nicks other fights at the time. Diaz finished all of his other Strikeforce fights and overwhelmed everybody but not Noons. He didn’t even talk that much shit to KJ and was respectful afterwards.

Noons did pretty well considering he was fighting Diaz AND his own hair.
