A lot of butt hurt bitches on this forum are whining about Cain's strategy. They compare it to Jon Fitch and Ben Askren.

Really?! You honestly think he's boring?

If you do, then I feel sorry for you. Cain was incredibly exciting to watch fight. His strategy against a dangerous opponent was perfect.

He turned JDS's face into hamburger meat and the fight was nearly stopped on several occasions, and ultimately WAS STOPPED in the 5th round due to Cain's brilliant switch maneuver...

...so how exactly is that boring?
 
Cain is the perfect fighter, and the haters are idiots.

This is MIXED martial arts, and you are supposed to use what's in your tool shed to beat your opponent, and what you saw last night is probably one of the only ways to beat JDS, and he carried it on for ANOTHER 25 minutes which isn't easy to do.

Against Nog, he didn't want to go to the ground, he wanted to use his kickboxing, and he got one of the most beautiful KO's I ever seen. And that's what MIXED martial arts is, to use your full range of tools.

If Cain goes out there and stands with JDS, or goes out there and grapples with Nog/Werdum, then he's not being a smart mixed martial artist.

And for what? To please some of you idiots? Are you in there with him 24/7 in that gym working your ass off day in and day out? That's his future and his career he's got to worry about.

Having said all that, he was still super exciting last night, and it's hilarious how no one mentions the fact that the knockdown and almost KO came IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING, and and not on the cage.
 
He's great. He really needs to step his submission game up though. Guy got his black belt and didn't go for one submission.
 
I really really wanted JDS to win, but I thought Cain looked awesome.
 
People think he is boring but just to see him demolish JDS like that was just absolutely unreal!

Cain is the real deal.
 
The guy is really good with amazing cardio, but I have no interest in watching him hold guys against a cage for five rounds. Same as I have no interest in watching JDS gas early in big fights. I couldn't help but laugh when Goldberg said Cain is the best heavyweight ever right before the show went off the air.

I congratulate Cain for winning, but it wasnt really an exciting fight to me.
 
All the "wah, cage stall, boring, wah" guys are butt-hurt JDS fans.

How is Cain a wall n stall fighter if he causes TREMENDOUS amounts of damage?
 
cain is already the hw goat. jds is MUCH better then anyone fedor ever beat.
 
I think his style is annoying but I don't find it boring. I'm having trouble reconciling that.
 
OP must be newer here than his join date indicates.

After a couple of months of posting on sherdog you should know how things work here. Everything is either LnP or Wall n Stall unless this happens in the first minute
