I love beer

A 5th of whiskey is the same amount of calories as 18 coors light 12oz'ers. The 5th will get you a little more wasted but you will be tired and full before you reach that 18th beer unless you start drinking early.

I can kill a 5th of Crown in about 3 hours easily mixing it with ginger ale but at the end of the night it's almost 2800 cal, so I am switching to light beer until I lose some fat weight.

edit: and I drink beer cause I like beer, not really much of a liquor or mixed drinks person. weight loss isn't my goal so it really doesn't make a diff to me anyway.

Im assuming you post what you eat in order? So you drink beers with lunch and dinner?
 
yeh, its in order.. and sometimes I have a couple beers with my morning shower or whatever.. depends really.

Do you like pizza? Whenever I've been bulking, I make a frozen pizza every night. Cheap, easy, and good.
 
Your diet needs more veggies, maybe you can swap the tube of saltines for a box of vegetable thins and add some carrot muffins.
 
yeh I need to go shopping for frozen pizzas sometime.. I used to have good luck with the stouffers french bread ones but they are expensive at most places but when they're on sale its like $2 for a box and 900 calories.
 
thanks, I'm not as good of an eater as you but I'm trying.. and drinking beer every day makes it slightly easier to meet my caloric goals.

Doesn't look like a lot to drink but apparently it made me pretty drunk. When I woke up this morning I blew a .08 on my breathalyzer and I hadn't had a drink since 8 hours prior.
