I have been meaning to log my food intake for a long time. Maybe posting here will help. 29 years old, 6'5", 230lbs last time I weighed myself which was a while ago, ~12-15%bodyfat. My goals in order: 1) Get Stronger 2) Increase energy 3) Improve Body Composition 4) Improve conditioning My diet doesn't very much day to day and I never have cheat meals. Ever.
