I have been meaning to log my food intake for a long time. Maybe posting here will help.

29 years old, 6'5", 230lbs last time I weighed myself which was a while ago, ~12-15%bodyfat.

My goals in order:

1) Get Stronger
2) Increase energy
3) Improve Body Composition
4) Improve conditioning

My diet doesn't very much day to day and I never have cheat meals. Ever.
 
Tueday 7/27/10

8 am - 6 eggs cooked in butter. 1 suasage (out of bacon), ~6 grams creatine mono. 1 multi, 1 enzyme, ~TBS fish oil.

12 pm - PWO, 5 oz chicken breast, 1 sweet potato, ~TBS almond butter, cinnamon, 1 enzyme.

2:30 pm - 5 oz beef, 1/2 cup broccoli, ~15 macadamia nuts, 1 enzyme

5:30 pm - 5 of ground beed, 3 spears asparagus, ~ 15 macadamias, 1 enzyme

8 pm - 5 oz ground beef, 1 avocado, ~TBS Fish oil, 1 enzyme.

I can't remember what I ate yesterday but it wasn't too far off of what I ate 2 days ago and today. I did eat some goat cheese as a fat source for my last meal.

8 am - 6 eggs cooked in butter, 5 pieces of bacon, ~ 6grams of creatine mono, ~TBS Fish Oil, multi, enzme

12 pm - ~5oz chicken breast, sweet potato, 2TBS almond butter, cinnamon, enzyme

3 pm - 5 oz ground beef, 1 bag of Kale cheesy chips (27g carb, 24g fat), ~10 macadamia nuts

8 pm - PWO (I skipped my fourth meal and worked out at a total random time) ~6oz ground beef, 5 asparagus spears, ~20 macadamia nuts.

9 am - PWO 5 oz chicken breast, sweet potato, ~TBS almond butter, cinnamon, 6 gms creatine

12 pm - 5 oz ground beef, kale chips, 10 macadamias

3 pm - ~4 oz pulled pork, lettuce

5:30 pm - some sort of meat (can't remember) kale chips,

8 pm - 6 oz chicken, 1 avocado, tbs fish oil,

4:30 - pork sausage and ground beef. 2 tbs almond butter.

I hope to be able to eat at least twice today. We'll see.
 
Ever try turkey bacon? It's not that bad I just eat it and pretend its regular bacon lol
 
well, your body fat is normal since the ideal body fat is 12-20%. Thirty minutes of walking will do. Don't focus on your carbohydrate intake. Focus on the calorie intake. My brother use to drink wheatgrass juice. One glass before breakfats and one glass before bedtime. It's quite easy to prepare he just constitute a pack of wheatgrass powder to a glass of cold water and that's it.
 
What do enzymes do and where can I get them? (I think they are general metabolism enhancers???, not sure...)
