If serious, some of them are probably on birth control that knocks out /eliminates periods, some probably don't get them because their body fat % is too low, otherwise they probably use over the counter pain killers or if really bad, prescription pain killers. Basically like any other woman.

No idea how period plays into water retention for weight cuts though.

ETA: If they're juicing, that may also shut period off. At least if they're taking straight testosterone it does.
