I feel great. It was a goal for me to do this by the end of April, but I felt really good this week, had a really light feeling 365 last time I was in the Gym, and today I just thought I'd rack up 405 to feel what it feels like on my back. It felt light, so I squatted it. I'm really happy. This is my first PR on squat since 2011 (385 lbs) due to injuries and getting weaker from training BJJ (and not sleeping enough). I'm on track to PR on bench for the first time in ages too. Hopefully I'll get a vid of that one and post it on here. Just wanted to thank this forum for getting me into lifting. 2015 is gonna be a good year guys. Go out there and kill it.
