I hope Zuffa gives Coker an opportunity outside of SF.

He's a good guy, and he's experienced and professional.
Perhaps they could make it so he "manages" the smaller Finale/Live cards for UFC?
Would just be sad to see him get fired or something along those lines. I feel he is competent and shouldn't deserve such harsh treatment if it were to come to him.

Well he could sell t-shirts outside the arenas when an event is happening I suppose. Other than that, who gives a fuck. Coker is a wealthy man as it is.

I'd like to see him drop to LHW before zuffa commits to picking him up.

They should keep him. Not for a limelight job, but to help with all the organizational bullshit they have to deal with day to day. I assume he's pretty good at that.

Not sure he'd be worth it though, monetarily wise. I'm guessing he made some good money as the big boss of SF, I doubt he'd want middle management money from the UFC.

So he can waste more money like giving Lawer a 100k no cut deal?

Who was that dude that used to carry around an umbrella for Puff Daddy? I'd like to see him be Dana White's version of that guy.

Coker seems like a good guy but he sold his company to zuffa. He traded money for mma. Not saying I wouldn't do the same but MMA owes him nothing.

Zuffa sure didnt leave him with much to work with after they bought SF

That's not accurate. Coker didn't own Strikeforce, SJSE did. Coker is now out of a job (probably) because they sold the company he managed.

I really can't see Coker accepting a position within Zuffa. He was already the president of one promotion, why take a major demotion? Unless he really needs the money (which I doubt,) he'll probably go back to promoting kickboxing matches or something like that.

yeah
he seems nice
a bit flimsy maybe, but nice
what did they do with the wec guy?

Dio!

I wouldn't be surprised if he took over the California AC that is in trouble.
