He's talking about fighting 3 more times then retiring and other than Tony he's probably thinking of Mayweather and GSP. In other words only 1 more legit fight, more times than not guys who are undefeated like this change their minds about retirement after getting their asses beat so I hope Tony beats that ass.

Big respect to guys like Holloway who want to fight in multiple divisions and are talking about retiring 8 years from now, Khabib is scared to lose and that's why he wants to retire soon. It's not uncommon, Aldo was talking about retiring before he lost to Conor, Joanna wanted to retire undefeated, Rousey wanted to retire undefeated, Jones wanted to retire at 30 etc.. If he gets past Tony you can guarantee he'll be going for a money fight.

He already got one vs McGregor. And he'll be looking to get one yet again, once Conor beats Cowboy.

Mayweather doesn't happen - Khabib isn't a boxer/striker, and he's got no where near the star quality that Conor had to secure that fight.

You sound pathetic. It is obvious you are scared Khabib will retire undefeated and people will call him GOAT. You must have nightmares thinking about that you sad little creature.

I wish there were more fighters like Donald Cerrone who fights every other UFC card. You lose interest after not seeing a fighter fight for a while.

Well Mayweather vs Nasukawa happened lol. Yes Nasukawa is a striker but he's not that well known outside of Japan and he's puny.

Injuries, Ramadan, lawsuits... Agreed Cerrone would make a great champion. Too bad Khabib more than likely wouldn't fight him even if he beats Conor.

Khabib could go down as one of the all time greats if he would stop fucking around and just fight. Instead, he appears to want to go the "McGregor route", which is get paid and stop caring about MMA. Guess what Khabib, you can't beat Mayweather in a boxing match and you are not likely to beat Georges St. Pierre in a cage fight.

You must have nightmares about getting banned mister double yellow card. Khabib has nightmares of losing no doubt, he won't be GOAT until he proves himself at his real weight class. Holloway will be the undisputed GOAT soon enough anyways, he's not afraid of losing or moving up in weight.

less talk more fighting

Khabib seems like a let down, obliterates Conor and instead of going on a fight spree start talking retirement and bullshit boxing fighters.

Abyone who has followed the sport long term will not consider him GOAT. Maybe GOAT of 155 because lets be honest, it only takes about 3 or 4 defenses to become GOAT of 155 but not all around GOAT, not Fedor/GSP level GOAT. The main reason is he simply doesn't have the resume for it. He's a 1 defense champion. Not a chance in fuck any fan worth his salt would consider Khabib GOAT.

Extremely disappointing. His fan base should be pissed. The guy is on an 11 fight win streak, the all time record, held by Anderson Silva is 16. Khabib has his first title defense notched into his belt and is well on his way to becoming 155 GOAT, and what does he do? He decides maybe he doesn't want to fight that much anymore.

When you're 27-0 , you're automatically a GOAT candidate. Title defenses are a weak measure for GOAT-ness when Khabib beat all the top contenders in the division except Tony (whom he wants to fight next)

True
That would mean he only has 2 defences
Nowhere near goat
But still good
He fears losing that undefeated record
He also seems to not want to move up to a more natural weight of 170

Is not a resume for a GOAT
His record is still extremely padded

He is requesting the fight to be at 155, a weight that GSP hasn't made in his younger days, not to mention he fought at MW now.
Funny?

only guy who has said 3 more fights is his father, and he said that was if he had to guess, when questioned by a reporter, so don't read too much into it
