I haven't seen a fighter that trains as hard as Sean Sherk.

    Sean Sherk's training regimen was crazy to say the least I can't think of anyone who trained harder then he did, Ronda Rousey trains pretty hard. What other fighters can you guys think of that train to the extreme?

    I've heard quite a few fighters say that nobody trains as hard as GSP, not even close. Rory has talked about it quite a few times and said that no one trains as hard as him or even close to as hard as him and that it's amazing to just watch him train because of the hard work he puts in.
