He should be the last man to try a fighting career. Even if he started as a kid, he still would've have what it takes to be a fighter.

Also the way he hits the pads.... even in my first day of training I hit the pads much better than him.

Am I the only one who thinks Cris cyborg would beat him down?

Wonder if he'll still think MMA is 'fun' after getting beat to a pulp.

Question is: would that make Punk less of a man or Cyborg more of a man?

in the last year or so of his WWE run his figure and athleticism were probably the worst they'd been in the time he'd been with them. At least one of those last years, he wrestled for well over six months with a crazy staph infection on his back, which messed him up quite alot. He also didn't give a shit about WWE, which probably had a lot to do with it also.

To be fair, he lifted some huge dudes up for a GTS. It's not easy lifting 350lb dudes on your shoulders when you are a 190 lb guy. He's not thee most athletic, but he wasn't a total weakling at all.

There are a lot of unathletic guys in MMA and some make it to the UFC.

    Cody Mackenzie screamed athletic phenomenon.

But Cody had bjj on his side. And he legit had fought. And is pretty fucking brave to go in there with little physical prowess (or so we think).

CM punk has never really fought in a cage. Has that perpetually scared oh fuck what did I get myself into look. And who knows how his bjj will hold up.

I still think it's hilarious that his character was hailed as a Muay Thai expert. Can we say irony?

Well, good thing nothing in pro-wrestling translates into MMA anyway.

    Wait...
