Let me tell you, it's far, FAR better than electric ones! Saves energy and is better to use than the little hand held ones. I can open cans in a power outage with no effort.

Let me tell yam, this is mounted to the wall and opens cans in a JIFFY.

Sometimes they got it right in the old days, you know what I mean?

I have a house from 1920, and this was left behind, soooo sweet.

Brb using imagination since no pics

I'm not at home right now :(

Unless you're opening 10+ large cans the handheld ones are essentially effortless as well.

I got a hand crank can opener. Works perfectly fine for those times when my can doesn't have a pull top (roughly 50/50 I reckon).

Dude, I've got an ironing board that folds out of a cabinet in my kitchen.

I don't know about you guys, but I can never get a can open on the first try with the hand crank ones. It's a constant struggle of getting about an inch or so before it falls out and I have to repoke another hole. It's seriously a clusterfuck and keeps me away from eating canned tuna which I like.
