My aunt sent me a care package with a bag of trail mix containing a variety of nuts and assorted shriveled old man scrotum looking purple wrinkled dried former fruit bits.

Who eats this disgusting crap?

Question: why would you need a care package? Have you been posted on duty as military personnel ?

Dried mangos, figs, dates, and banana crips are great. I’m not a fan of raisins and cranzains, but they’re good with yogurt and cereal.

All dried fruit isn't created equally
I think most of the dried mango I've had was shit, but there is one brand that I do like that is delicious, and not like a rock of sweet, orange sugar.

I definitely agree with the mangos, specially right now that they are off season and they taste blend, the dry ones are sweet all year round.
