I just went to the doc to get a steroid shot. I feel better already. Should I workout tonight if I am on antibiotics?

If you are EXTREMELY sick, such as with a fever, body aches, chills, severe coughing etc. I would not work out until those symptoms subside...you will only prolong the illness by overworking your body and not letting it rest.

However, if you aren't feeling like complete shit, working out and sweating a little may help...just don't overdo it.

Someone posted on this a while back that if the symptoms are above the neck (sore throat, nasal congestion, etc.) it's ok to work out. If they're below the neck rest.
