Very beautiful guard pass indeed, to bad you couldn't maintain position

Nice dude, i realy liked the transition to the knee bar from half guard when he was trying to 'shrimp' ;-)

That first guard pass looked cool, but it's probably not a high percentage pass and I wouldn't recommended it too much. Nice knee slide guard pass right into the kneebar, I do sambo so that is one of my favorite things to do. Leg locks and knee bars are overlooked way too much IMO.

1st of all legit song. band is from my highschool.

2nd. as said several times really slick pass. nice knee bar as well. u seemed to crank it pretty hard ur opponent is lucky it didnt pop.

Yeah protest is legit for sure, as far as cranking the knee bar, this guy and I have kind of a running feud since last year, didnt want to let that one slip and have him on my back.

you looked good. you just let him get a bit to touchy with you. if your in judo do you let the guy get the grips he wants? when your in the guard it's the same thing, even in no-gi. try to control his biceps more rather then letting him get grips, even if they're minor ones. same thing when your standing in his open sitting guard. it's usuually best not to hunch over him like that, though i understand you were looking for the handstand pass, you can easily get caught in sub attempts or put on your back by a crafty buttscooter.

overall good work, maybe we'll meet at a comp sometime, i'm usually featherweight myself
