I have a heavy bag and cant find a very good place to hang it, Im looking at buying a free standing heavy bag to fix the prob.....my Q? is can you hit them full power with out them tiping over.........Like Im talking kick and punch hard thanks!

If you HAVE to get a freestanding heavy bag, the bases can be filled with either water (not recommended) or sand. I've put 200lbs of fucking sand in my wavemaster and the piece of crap still moves around. And it's starting to split at the neck of the base.

unless you bolt it to the floor i wouldnt reccomend it, i only weigh 155lb but i can topple one of those things with a push kick or spinning side kick, i think they are designed more for fitness enthusiasts

Why dont you buy a standing Hanger?
My freestand almost lasted a year but it broke and leaked
