I'm in my late 30's and I can't seem to get motivated anymore to work out or hit the bag. Man, when I was younger, I was in great shape and by far the toughest guy on the block. Granted I was crashing with my grandma in an old folks community but regardless, those motherfuckers didn't stand a chance. Now life has gotten in the way and I can't seem to motivate myself to workout as I'm not as flexible or have as much energy. I would probably get suplexed by the 79 year old lady in a wheelchair down the street. Somebody give me a prep talk to motivate me. I don't want to become a fat ass.
