I accidentally used all of my 20gb 4g data on the first day of my billing cycle because I forgot to turn on my wifi while downloading esports on YouTube. I suddenly noticed I had a warning message that I had used 22gb. I thought I was fucked but I remembered I have an unlimited plan with Rogers. That means when I go over 20gb my speed is reduced to 3g for the remainder of my billing cycle which is 29 more days. I was told by Roger's agents that I would only he able to send emails and texts with the reduced speed and I would not be able to watch Videos. However, I realized pretty quickly that I am still able to watch YouTube videos on lower quality with zero buffering and sherdog still works fine. I was watching Morning Kombat while playing TFT online on my phone yesterday. Basically what I'm saying is even though in Canada we have these data limits for high speed on our unlimited plans, that it still works pretty decent even on 3g lte. So anyone who was curious about the reduced speeds for unlimited plans, its actually not bad.
