Do you have gripes with Herb's early stoppages or late stoppages?
You could potentially make a case for both but while early stoppages can be controversial, late ones just straight up increase a fighter's chances of getting CTE further down the line and/or brain damage even more.

I think that Herb Dean hesitates at times because he's still gauging whether it is too early to actually stop the fight or not (or if it is actually appropriate to stop the fight even if the other guy hasn't been knocked out yet).

Its possible the some of the criticisms have made him jumpy. Dan Hardy trying his damndest to go viral by whining/screaming at you can’t help your composure in there. Add in Askren-Lawler, etc. and his confidence probably isn’t quite what it once was.

Herb has multiple early and late stoppages that give him the perfect mean average stoppage time, without actually making any decent stoppages
