I'm on week two right now,
Twice a day I take 16mg of Eph, 200mg of Caf, and 160mg of asprin.
(the first week I did this once a day)
Next week I will do the same, week 4 I will take off, and weeks 5 and 6 I will go back to twice a day, then the cycle ends.
The first few days I was a little jittery and iritable but nothing too bad.
Now I'm fine, my leg bounces a lot (figity) but for me thats not actualy uncommon. My heart rate in the gym is easyer to get up there and I think it has been helping me love visibil ammounts of fat. That said I could also be losing that fat due to my current diet and exersize routine.
When it comes down to it I wont be able to give you the full opinion untill week 6. I know what a previous six weeks of non ECA training has done for me, so I will compair the results and let you know. Most people belive this stack is the only true way to achive the claimed results of the over the counter hydroxi cut and shit out now however.
