HW div needs a total overhaul

It's fuckin depressing. We see top 10 guys that are shot veterans with no chance of going for the belt. UFC needs to do some recruiting in the world of sambo, wrestling, bjj, judo. Offer some decent money for russian fighters and try to find new blood around the world. Whatever effort they do, it can't get worse than the current situtation.
