Nishijima shows better box and heart than 90% of UFC HWs. Stood with prime Hunt for 10 minutes straight and was still throwing hard punches in the end of the round. He would have KOd Anderson Silva and Im not joking about this.

You could see Nishijima's skill throughout, the way he was able to roll with Hunt's power punches really impressed me at the time. He was outmatched of course, but it was cool to see that level of boxing skill manifest in the MMA ring.

One thing i miss about Pride was their video game matchmaking skills.

Retired Cruiserweight boxing champ? For his first fight we better throw him in against a HW Mark Hunt who's Just beat Crocop.

I swear, half the time it wasn't to see who would win but rather, how long the smaller fighter could survive.

Yes. This is almost as pure as it gets when talking pro Boxer vs pro Kickboxer in an MMA fight. Probably the best example ever.
