MMA calls are getting increasingly bizarre. Mir fell but seemed conscious, his neck up off ground and ready to grab guard.

This easily could have continued and even ended with a sub by Mir. Guess if its your country call is for you.

I wish we could have seen the look in mir's eyes like hunt did to shake his head "No" when walking away. Hunt is a decent guy for not wanting to cause more damage. He could have pounded mir out and thats what would have happended.

as mark walks past frank you can see franks gaze is locked on the spot mark was in,he didn't follow with his eyes at all. i'd say a good call,frank doesn't need to be taking any more unnecessary damage.

It's tough to say without seeing Frank Mir's eyes, but he looked like he was frozen and staring into space. Probably a good call.

I love Mir with all my MMA heart, but he was frozen in time. Hunto ghosted him, & then walked away like a gentleman. Goddard is the best ref in the game.
